Custom Prebuilt Vivarium Orders

Vivariums are carved and sculpted by hand, by me. After a large investment of time and years of research, I have finally narrowed down reptile & amphibian safe building materials and what materials work best for certain designs. It's taken a lot of trial and error to learn how to work with these materials and to carve them into a naturalistic display that pets can use. These materials are often hard to find and need to be special ordered in bulk and cannot be found in local stores. Because of the lack of readily available supplies that need to be special ordered, I require appropriate lead time and a deposit before any custom work is initiated.

Payment  

EMT, Cash, PayPal (Friends & Family) and Square are are all accepted forms of payment.

Prices are not negotiable.  

Payment plans are available for purchases over $250CAD. A payment plan must be agreed upon with both seller and buyer. 

All customs or holds require a non-refundable or transferable deposit.

 

 

Custom Orders

For all custom builds a deposit is required before any supplies is ordered and before any work begins. Please keep in mind most glass enclosures are not readily available and need to be special ordered, which can take a couple weeks for it to arrive.

The deposit amount will cover the price of the glass enclosure ordered specifically for that build and the remaining balance must be paid by the time of completion.  The deposit placed is deducted from the remaining balance.

​Should the buyer change their mind and wish to no longer go ahead with a build they've ordered, any hold deposit(s) will not be refunded. The brand new glass enclosure(s) that I have to order for all builds range anywhere from $170-$700 each, therefore I require that cost up front to order the enclosure.

The deposit covers the brand new glass enclosure purchased for the build and, any time dedicated to drawing custom designs for that order.
